Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Gift cards are considered non-returnable items. We reserve the right to refund or exchange at our discretion in consideration of the condition of the goods returned to us. Sending your purchase back to the manufacturer will negate your eligibility for refund or exchange.

If your exchange is approved, details will be relayed to you via text message or email to confirm the delivery of the replacement goods.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received by us, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
