RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your request for a refund or exchange needs to be within 48 hours of your purchase or delivery time. Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging. Gift cards are considered non-returnable items. We reserve the right to refund or exchange at our discretion in consideration of the condition of the goods returned to us. Sending your purchase back to the manufacturer will negate your eligibility for refund or exchange.
PROCEDURE
Having requested a refund or exchange within the 48 hour period of purchase or delivery time, then returned the item to us according to the guidance detailed above, once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email or text message of our decision to approve or reject your request for a refund or exchange.
If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If your exchange is approved, details will be relayed to you via text message or email to confirm the delivery of the replacement goods.
GIFT POLICY
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received by us, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
